History is a broken record, it keeps repeating itself on the same ruined note. Troops have started moving into Hong Kong and China says it is just part of an annual rotation.
Funny then that this should coincide with a protest planned for tonight.
If history is the broken record, then China is a massive red elephant trying to tread lightly on the floor of broken lyrics … you’re going to see it coming.
This unnerves me, not because I think we have another Tiananmen Square on our hands but because we have the potential for a Tiananmen Square.
The shot may not have been fired, but that’s not to say that the trigger hasn’t been pulled steadily back.
