My name’s Lucy. I’m 20 years old and from Cambridge, although I’m currently studying Russian at the University of Bristol. I’m passionate about disability awareness and education, investigating human rights violations and refugee support. In my spare time, I volunteer with GirlGuiding every week, go swimming and read comedy sci-fi (my favourite is Terry Pratchett!). This is an exciting opportunity for open discussions and I hope to be a good representative for other young people whose voices sometimes get overlooked.
