CLIMATE LITERACY RESOURCES
Climate Literacy has been created for teachers and educators of young people aged 11-14, to inspire and motivate them to create meaningful and tangible change.
As an introduction to climate change, students will learn about the effects of climate change on our planet and how human activity is contributing to the rapid increase in global warming.
Videos & Animations
There has been a lot of misinformation around Climate Change. The WWF and Shout Out UK have come together to create this short animation, which helps you understand the five biggest myths about climate change and how to debunk them.
This video can be used alongside the above resources or as a stand-alone video to stir up classroom or assembly discussion!
E-Learning For Teachers
Emotional resilience, critical thinking and knowledge about the world we live in are crucial skills for the next generation.
Looking for more support for your PSHE, Citizenship and Enrichment programmes? Look no further! Sign-up to access our E-learning platform and gain access to resources and programmes teaching students how to tackle misinformation and disinformation to the role of the Queen in the British Political System.
The more young people understand how the world works, the better equipped they are to face it.
